Yes, it is 100% possible. The problem isn’t with daal, bhat, masu but the overall amount of food you eat. You see, your body turns everything you eat into glucose for energy whether it is daal, bhat or chicken breast & broccoli. But if you consume more food than you use via exercise, daily activities etc. on a regular basis your body will start storing the excess food as fat causing weight gain.

I am a busy mother with two demanding kids and often struggle to find the time and motivation to keep up with my workouts. I even joined the gym in the past, but between managing my career and taking care of the kids, I don’t find enough time to exercise and lose motivation quickly. Anyone in a similar situation? I want your advice.
