We're always told to be tough, to keep our problems to ourselves. But here's the thing – life's not easy, especially when you're a single mom like me at 36. Some days, it feels like I'm drowning in worry and sadness, and I don't know how to make it stop. And you know what's even harder? Feeling like I can't ask for help. I'm scared people will think I'm weak if I talk about how I'm feeling. And when I do try to get help, it's like hitting a brick wall. Waiting for appointments takes forever, and sometimes I can't even understand what they're saying because of the language barrier. But we can't keep pretending like everything's okay. We need to start talking about mental health in our community. It's not something to be ashamed of. We're all in this together, and it's time we support each other. 💪💬
